Off to Bed

Holy Crap, I worked 14 hours straight today. I got into work at 7:00 a.m. and actually made it home around 9:00, is that kind of crazy? I guess so, but it needed to be done. Actually somewhere around 4:00 this afternoon, my 2nd wind finally showed up. Those are great, and the only downfall is, that I felt somewhat tweekish and wired when I got home.

It is exilerating to get a mountain of work done though.

We have yet another new person who is working in the office. I actually like her and get a real kick out of the spunkiness of this woman. She is a little bit older, actually calls alcohol "booze", and reminds me of an interrogator when she calls our clients up. (potential brides, etc.) it's kind of funny. She has taped a sign to our cordless phone in the office letting the rest of the company know that it is our phone, dammit and it better not end up in the wrong hands or else....She is somewhat high strung, and I reflected briefly today and the thought, that we are all slightly crazy at this company, and no "normal" person will ever fit in there.

She's a hoot though, and meeting new people I like is a good thing......

I am off to sleep finally....I'm too tired to do my blog hopping tonight...
